Release information

This card was included as both a Regular card and a Secret Rainbow Rare in the Pokémon GO expansion, first released in the Japanese subset of the same name. Both prints feature artwork by PLANETA Tsuji. It was reprinted as a SWSH Black Star Promo with different artwork by PLANETA Mochizuki and was available in the Pokémon GO Premier Deck Holder Collection—Dragonite VSTAR from September 30, 2022. In Japan, this print was released as a S-P Promotional card and was distributed as part of the Pokémon GO Promo Card Gift Campaign, which began on June 17, 2022. For every four Pokémon GO booster packs purchased in one transaction at participating stores, customers would receive a Promo Card Pack containing one of seven possible cards.[1] The campaign ran for as long as stocks lasted.
