In the core series
The Rock-type Titan Badge is given by Arven after defeating the Titan Klawf. Badges in Paldea can be obtained in any order, but Klawf has the lowest level of all the Titan Pokémon.
Obtaining the Rock-type Titan Badge unlocks (in Pokémon Scarlet) Koraidon's Sprinting Build or (in Pokémon Violet) Miraidon's Drive Mode, giving them the ability to dash.
