The director of the Mossdeep Space Center is a character of the day who appeared in Roy vs. Friede: Wings of Fire!.
History
In Roy vs. Friede: Wings of Fire! the director approached Friede after he insisted on going to space. Enthusiastic about his initiative, he decided to recruit Friede and put him in the astronaut training program. During the training, he was amazed by Friede's Trainer skills and how he managed to bond with a wild Starmie.
Some time later, he was seen watching the launch of the spacecraft that took Friede into space.
