This card was included in the Destined Rivals expansion, first released in the Japanese Hot Wind Arena subset. In Japan, it is reprinted in the MEGA Dream ex subset, with two Mirror Holofoil variants featuring either a Grass Energy symbol or a Poké Ball. It was also reprinted in the Start Deck 100 Battle Collection.

Cynthia owns a Roserade, Roselia's Evolution, throughout most of her video game appearances. Spike Sting is an attack that first appeared on Qwilfish from Fusion Strike. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Shield.
