Release information

This card was included in the Surging Sparks expansion, first released in the Japanese Super Electric Breaker expansion, with artwork by Yuya Oka. An SVP Black Star Promotional print of this card with new artwork by toi8 was one of the Prerelease promos for Surging Sparks, available in the Surging Sparks Build & Battle Box. A print with a gold foil "Staff" stamp was given to those overseeing Prerelease Tournaments. A Non Holofoil version of the Surging Sparks card was also included in the Surging Sparks Build & Battle Box. In Japan, the SVP Black Star Promotional print is included in the MEGA Dream ex subset, with two Mirror Holofoil variants featuring either a Water Energy symbol or a Dusk Ball.
