2007 Pokémon Trading Card Game World Championships

The international tournament "2007 Pokémon Trading Card Game World Championships" was held at a hotel in Hawaii to determine the world's best Pokémon TCG player. More than 900 participants from a total of 28 countries competed in the tournament. Commonly known as the WCS, this tournament series started in 2004. There are junior, senior, and master divisions separated by age. "It was a memorable tournament during which all the operational logistics like interpreters and judges stabilized, and became the foundation of tournament management for future events."
