There are some Abilities listed under this category that don't manipulate (give, remove, or supress) the held item, as far as I understood from the explanation on the page: for example, RKS System and Multitype are Abilities that require a held item to function; Unburden only activates after a held item is used; Super Luck used to affect the chance to find a wild Pokémon holding an item; and Frisk simply reveals the opponent's held item. Moving the page from "Item-manipulating Abilities" to "Item-related Abilities" (or something along those lines) better emcopasses the Abilities I mentioned. Shinka (talk) 06:08, 9 July 2026 (UTC)
