This card was one of the SM Black Star Promos included in the TAG TEAM Powers Collection, released March 27, 2020. In Japan, it was 1 of 7 possible SM-P Promotional cards available in promotional packs awarded to participants of Pokémon Card Gym tournaments during June, July, and August 2019. The Japanese print features the Pokémon Card Gym logo.
