Carlos Eiene
Carlos Eiene, also known by his online handle insaneintherainmusic (born August 29 in Seattle, Washington[2][3]), is an American/Filipino musician and composer.
Specializing in video game music and jazz music, Eiene is known for his jazz arrangements of video game soundtracks, including those of Pokémon games. Most of these arrangements are uploaded to Eiene's personal YouTube channel "insaneintherainmusic", which he created in 2012. In 2022, Eiene shifted focus from making YouTube content to composing and recording video game soundtracks. Eiene's primary instrument is the saxophone, although he can play the piano as well.[3]
Eiene was one of the musicians hired to arrange the soundtrack for Pokémon Legends: Z-A.
