Colors

Hi all! Just wanted to know if we can edit the page for clarity as to which colors should be used where? Particularly clarifying which game-color should be used as the background and which should be used as the border. Also would be helpful to explicitly clarify the correct case for single game walkthroughs (such as Emerald or Platinum). As an example, the trainers section could be changed to:

{| class="expandable" align="center" style="background: #{{gamename2 color light}}; {{roundy}}; border: 5px solid #{{gamename1 color light}};"
|- align="center"
! Trainers
|-
|
Put Trainer information table here,
which can be pulled straight from the location pages.
|}

This would clarify that game 1 is for the border and game 2 is the background which it's clear is the intention, as the example is:

And not:

Also just for completeness might be worth clarifying which is game 1 and which is game 2 (red = game 1, blue = game 2). Maybe I'm off base, but this has tripped me up and thought it would be good to clarify for the benefit of the other editors! (Bananalab (talk) 09:14, 30 January 2024 (UTC))Reply

Rival Battles

The current directions state that "The rival's party should be lined up horizontally across the page." However, while this looks fine on a desktop or laptop monitor, on a phone or (portrait orientation) tablet this makes the rival battle section wider than the page and causes unnecessary scrolling. Is there any way to do this so that it can appear vertically for phone/tablet, while still being lined up horizontally for desktop/laptop? If not, wouldn't it be better to have these be aligned vertically for ease of use? Wtg (talk) 10:20, 15 August 2024 (UTC)Reply

We could have the three party templates inside a flex row (using {{Flexheader}} and {{Flexfooter}}) so that the parties will be in one row on wider screen, and will automatically wrap to the next row on narrower screens. → SuperPikaPool13 18:19, 11 March 2025 (UTC)Reply
