Release information

This card was included as both a Regular card and a Full Art card in the Unified Minds expansion, first released in the Japanese Miracle Twin expansion. The Regular print features artwork by Megumi Mizutani, while the Full Art print features artwork by Naoki Saito. A new Full Art print with artwork by TOKIYA was included in the Japanese Tag All Stars subset.

Trivia

Origin

Blue is the rival of the player and the Champion in Pokémon Red, Green, Blue, and Yellow, as well as their remakes Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen. He later became the Gym Leader of the Viridian Gym, featured in the Unified Minds Regular print's illustration, in Pokémon Gold, Silver, Crystal, as well as their remakes Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver. A Charmander is featured in the Tag All Stars print's illustration.
