Release information
This card was included in the Chilling Reign expansion with artwork by Megumi Higuchi, first released in the Japanese Silver Lance expansion. It was reprinted, alongside a Full Art Secret card with artwork by Tomomi Kaneko featuring Phoebe, in the Japanese VMAX Climax subset. The VMAX Climax Full Art Secret print was later included in the Lost Origin expansion.

Origin
Eerie Light is an attack that first appeared on Haunter from Expansion Sheet 3. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Ultra Moon. Phoebe is featured in the Lost Origin print's illustration, who uses a Banette in all core series games in which she appears as an opponent. This print also features the interior of her room in the Pokémon League as it appears in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire.
