The Userspace Policy says that you should keep userspace edits (edits to User:TheLastCharmander) to a minimum, and outlines a few other guidelines for your userspace.

Do not edit the User: namespace any more. In the past, we were not allowed to edit our pages at all because of users over-editing their pages.
