Maurice

If it's real, then YOU ARE MY HERO. Do you know Maki and Dai's dub names too, then? --Maxim 08:26, 7 June 2008 (UTC)

In fact, Where the hell did you get the names anyway? --Force Fire 08:28, 7 June 2008 (UTC)
One of the other members looked up the guy who voiced him, Joshua Swanson, and it said he played Maurice on The Rise Of Darkrai. Well I know Dai is voiced by Bill Rogers so it couldn't be him. That's why it must be Katsumi who is Maurice. Unfortunately, I can't figure out what Maki and Dai's dub names are. --ケンジガール 08:44, 7 June 2008 (UTC)
According to my sources he's Maury, not Maurice. But I still can't find out Maki & Dai's dub names. Someone should really try the DVD Subtitles. --Maxim 09:03, 7 June 2008 (UTC)

Help

I need your help. Could you plese talk to Fabu-Vinny and win my sprites back? I'm putting together a strong force to win our rights. Thanks--Taviource 16:16, 7 June 2008 (UTC)

Anime pics

If I try to open the file in Windows Movie Maker, it says that the file type isn't supported. (It's a .ifo file.) --Shiny Noctowl 23:23, 7 June 2008 (UTC)

A what file?--ケンジガール 23:37, 7 June 2008 (UTC)
.ifo is the file type used for DVDs (At least, that's what DVD Shrink saved it as when it ripped it from the DVD; I don't know if that's what it was originally.). --Shiny Noctowl 23:39, 7 June 2008 (UTC)
Well I don't know anything about the rules for that file. I can't help you there. I'm just use to AVI files. Those are how all my Pokémon episodes are saved.
How did you get them saved like that? --Shiny Noctowl 23:46, 7 June 2008 (UTC)
I didn't. They came that way from the torrent programs I used. --ケンジガール 01:52, 8 June 2008 (UTC)
Where'd you download them from? (I just ripped them straight from the DVD, but they're in the wrong format.) --Shiny Noctowl 01:58, 8 June 2008 (UTC)
From websites like btjunkie. But you need to download a BitTorrent program first like Azureus. --ケンジガール 02:02, 8 June 2008 (UTC)
Thanks. I got it downloading, now I just have to wait for the torrent to finish extracting/downloading/whatever-it-does-to-make-an-actual-file-from-the-torrent (which could take a while, since the ETA is currently about 4 days, although it'll probably drop dramatically after a little bit). --Shiny Noctowl 02:06, 8 June 2008 (UTC)

What r u 2 talkin bout?--KukiTalk 02:09, 8 June 2008 (UTC)

Alicia's English VA

There seems to be some confusion regarding Alicia, Alice's grandmonther, and who her voice actress is. I'm absolutely positive that it's Kayzie Rogers, who's recently rejoined the PUSA cast, despite not being credited in this movie. There have been cases where some of the VAs weren't credited in a film and yet were still credited here on Bulbapedia. Citing an example, Destiny Deoxys only listed the core cast as listed in the TV episodes in its credits, leaving out Mike Pollock as the narrator, Tara Jayne/Sands as Tory, Sean Schemmel as Prof. Lund, Lisa Ortiz as Rebecca, etc. And yet we've granted it as fact that they did in fact voice those characters despite not being credited. Certainly mistakes can and will be made, but I think it's necessary to utilize research and common sense as much as actual evidence. After all, Emily Williams was credited here for voicing Infernape's trainer, and yet her name never appeared in the credits; it likely has to have been that Elisabeth Williams person, whoever that could be. :P Shift 01:58, 10 June 2008 (UTC)

You can't go by what 4Kids did. They were idiots and they probably forgot to add them in. So far PUSA has added the names of every actor who participated in episode/movie. Unless Kayzie Rogers is Khristine Hvam then she's probably not in the movie. There were no other females listed in the guess character section besides her and Elisabeth Williams. And your right, that is Emily Williams. It says that is one of her aliases on her profile. The other women that are listed are those in the main character section are Sarah Natochenny, Michele Knotz, and Emily Jenness and I doubt one of them voice Alicia. I think it's either Khristine Hvam or Emily Williams. But right now, it can't be determined. --ケンジガール 08:16, 10 June 2008 (UTC)
Actually, there were a few early episodes on season 9 that had extra VAs credited when there were none used, like in Reversing the Charges. Plus, in Harley's first season 9 appearence, he was obviously voiced by Billy Regan and credited as such in future episodes, but the only credited VA in that ep was Sonny Dey, who had previously been solely credited in Greta's episode. This clearly shows that 4Kids aren't the only ones capable of oversights. The eps in question were from when TAJ was just starting out on the season, so it stands to reason that DuArt is equally capable of such an oversight just starting out. The other issue is that there's no indication that Khristine Hvam is Kayzie Rogers, judging from the resume and demo reels on Hvam's website. The only other female VA in the extra credits is Elisabeth (Emily) Williams, who is assumed to have voiced the Infernape trainer, leaving Hvam with only Alice or Alicia, as it'd be a major stretch to suggest she voiced them both (with 2 versions of each character, to boot). Judging from said demos, I'd have to say it's Alica and not Alicia. The fact is, unless we get confirmation from Kayzie herself or another member of the production who'd know, we'll never get actual proof either way. In the event no one can be reached, what'll we do? Leave it open ended forever? I'd hope not. I say we take a shot at contacting Hvam, someone from DuArt, and/or Kayzie herself (is that her with her screenname on here?), and if they provide an answer, it'll be official. If they don't, what do you suggest? Shift 03:38, 11 June 2008 (UTC)
