I came across [[User_talk:CoolPikachu!#Puta|this message]] in the recent changes. I'm no master of Spanish but I know what 'puta' means and using a translator, I think this message falls under the [http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Bulbapedia:Blocking_policy#Threats_and_edit.2Frevert_wars harassment policy].
