Hi! My name's Willow! You can probably guess why I'm on Bulbapedia. Simply because of my love for Pokémon. My first time playing Pokémon was all the way back in 2019, when schools were shut down, and I was bored from my Nintendo switch and had nothing to do. (I'm aware Animal crossing came out at that time, but I had no interest in it at the time.) Then, I saw a Pokémon rom hack online, I believe is was an Emerald hack, that added generation 6 Pokémon. Then, that was the first time, I had become hooked on Pokémon.

And if you're asking, my favorite Pokémon are Eevee, Zigzagoon, Litten, Buneary, Dartrix, Piplup, Bulbasaur, Scorbunny, *Weed cat, Sprigatito,* and Zangoose.

Continuing my "origin story", I told my parents how much I enjoy Pokémon, and they had gotten me a couple of old games for my busted up 3ds, and my Nintendo switch. And the 1st REAL Pokémon game I had played was Alpha Sapphire. My starter was Treeko, and I named it Gex, after the main character in a PlayStation game. I was only aware of this character because we've owned almost every PlayStation, (Only the ps1 and ps2 don't work, but they used to.) We also have a (surprisingly functional) Wii. After completing Pokémon Alpha Sapphire, I decided to ask my parents for more Pokémon games, such as Pokémon black, white, pearl, platinum, etc..

I've particularly enjoyed the games from gen 3 to 8. Gen 8 being my favorite.
