Mtn otter is a user of pokémon Diamond and Emerald. He started in TwinLeaf Town and his starter was turtwig which evolved to grotle and later torterra. He currently has two goals, to obtain every Pokémon possible, and to obtain an Arceus and bring it to the maximum level. He is a devoted member of the Order of the Glitch. He is currently attempting to breed a Template:Shiny Pokémon eevee.
