I am an otaku (I'm actually probably a weeaboo at this point but eh). Been one since late 2015. I'm also a student homeschooled and learning how to drive. I'm also an amateur comic book writer so, you know, that's cool. I know you don't care about that stuff though. What you wanna know is my history with wikis, right? No? Too bad. | |||
My first official experience with wikis was Bulbapedia itself. I first joined around August 2010. I was 12 at the time so of course my behavior and all of my edits were total cancer. I'm honestly shocked I was never once blocked for it (though I was once put on probation, though I mainly blame my computer at that time for not telling me someone was trying to contact me on my talk page). I don't recommend going through those old contributions though, because I was a bad egg back then. I however slowly became a better user over time and started making more and more constructive edits. One time Bulbapedia said they'd be accepting applications for a new junior administrator, which I of course tried my luck with that, but unfortunately I didn't make enough contributions before then. Over time, my activity on Bulbapedia diminished due to personal life stuff as well as the fact that I'm also contributing to SmashWiki, another NIWA site, but I do make the occasional edit whenever I see something I could add/improve. | |||
As for my activity on other wikis, I'm just your Average Joe user on both Bulbapedia and {{smw|User:Disaster Flare|MarioWiki}}, but I've been an admin on {{sbw|User:Disaster Flare|SmashWiki}} since March 25th, 2016. As of now I have no intentions to be on any other NIWA sites, but I am open to the idea if I ever gain the interest. | |||
Finally, my history with Pokémon. I've been a fan of it since I was in Kindergarten, so I was about 6. My first game was Pokémon Emerald, though my file on that game has since corrupted and I lost almost all of my Pokémon from it (sadface). | |||
