Effect on Max Strike
Does Plasma Fists affect Max Strike? If so, does it just make it Electric type and keep the effect of lowering the opponent's Speed, or does it turn it into Max Lightning and change the additional effect to setting Electric Terrain? ThighFish (talk) 22:14, 8 October 2020 (UTC)ThighFish
