Trainers getting the term

Doesn't this term also apply to Trainers as well? I have seen many times in the anime that certain Trainers don't listen to Ash (mostly the antagonistic ones such as the villainous teams and a few minor characters). PattyMan 19:46, 24 February 2013 (UTC)

Uhh, are you being serious? It would be like saying that Oblivious is Ash's Ability.--Den Zen 20:01, 24 February 2013 (UTC)
Yes, I am being serious about this. Some examples, Paul (prior to the sinnoh league) was told to stop being mean to Ash but he didn't care and continued IIRC. He also ignored Nurse Joy when she told him not to use Chimchar but did so anyway. Team Rocket were told to give Pikachu back to Ash but continued stealing him. PattyMan 20:34, 24 February 2013 (UTC)
I still think this page should only be about the game mechanic. We don't list every human friendship or drink from anime and manga. Also, anybody who doesn't obey Ash wouldn't count since "Obedience, in human behavior, is a form of "social influence in which a person yields to explicit instructions or orders from an authority figure"".--Den Zen 20:45, 24 February 2013 (UTC)
