is it good trivia to say that Ash used strategies similar to those he fought in previous gym battles? think about it; Palpitoad's poisoning is a link to his battle with Roxie, Leavanny using String Shot on Sawk's arms (his main asset) is a link to Burgh's Leavanny unbalancing Pikachu with the same move and finally Krookodile's Aerial Ace being a homage to his battle with Brycen, where Beartic also knew the move. is it good trivia to say that Ash used strategies similar to those he fought in previous gym battles? think about it; Palpitoad's poisoning is a link to his battle with Roxie, Leavanny using String Shot on Sawk's arms (his main asset) is a link to Burgh's Leavanny unbalancing Pikachu with the same move and finally Krookodile's Aerial Ace being a homage to his battle with Brycen, where Beartic also knew the move.
