First- and second-generation Pokemon
I've been searching for a while for answers, but can't seem to find any. The Pokedex description table on each Pokemon page leads me to assume so, but can first- and second-generation Pokemon (such as Charizard or Lugia) be obtained in Sapphire and Ruby?
