Wi-Fi
Yes! Nintendo finally released an update to make the Wi-Fi connector work on Vista. But it doesn't work on my Pearl version. I tried it with the DS Browser, and it worked then, so I can't figure out what the problem is. File:Ani164MS.gifShinyTalk | ContribsFile:Ani408MS.gifFile:Ani410MS.gif 13:20, 5 November 2007 (UTC)
- Another reason why I use wireless internet. :P (Then again, not having wireless would be a problem with someone with 2 laptops, a Wii and two DSes. XD;)
- I'd try moving the stick slightly around - perhaps unplugging, then replugging into another USB port. (I have to to this for my laptop fan and tablet all the time.) Tina☆♥♫ 15:46, 5 November 2007 (UTC)
- It works on the DS Browser, so that can't be it. Maybe the error message will help:
Unable to connect to the Nintendo Wi-Fi USB Connector. Confirm connection settings in the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection setup. For help, visit www.nintendowifi.com. (51103)
The thing is, I can't figure what they mean by the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection setup. I never had to set up anything. File:Ani164MS.gifShinyTalk | ContribsFile:Ani408MS.gifFile:Ani410MS.gif 22:31, 5 November 2007 (UTC)
Right now I'm looking aroung the WiFi site to see if there's an area to type in the error code... Tina☆♥♫ 22:37, 5 November 2007 (UTC)
I found it on the customer service site. It's just unable to connect. That's all error code 51103 means. It works for my DS Browser, so it can't be any of the software problems they're talking about.Never mind. I got it to work.
