Dude, i seriously dont care if you steal my templates; they dont have my name or a copyright on them. It seemed complicated when i first started but when your into it, you can do it without thinking! P.S all the ones on my page are made completely from scratch so i have a little practice. Try this.

I know you're worried about ph34r or whatever the heck he's calling himself, but at this point, he has done nothing wrong. I can't block him just for writing on his userpage that "This page has been taken over by ph34r," because users are free to put whatever they want on their userpages. As of now, I'm keeping a lookout for vandalism, and I will act if he does anything to a page of any sort. However, I do greatly appreciate your concern.
