Does anyone know the meaning of Swablu's Japanese name?

Last I heard from Animelee, something to do with the French word for cotton. (Ask Damian) - 振霖_T 04:25, 31 Mar 2005 (UTC)

Anyone know where I can find one of these things in Diamond?
