: If you go to the actual pages, the weight is listed as "???.?". That's most likely why they are listed first. Why they are listed in that particular order is probably irrelevant as there are numerous cases of identically weighted Pokémon and they have to go in some kind of order and what that order ends up being is likely just determined by whatever sort/search method they used.
