::I have been in and out the houses and lab several times now with no luck. After doing some googling others have stated this issue also. So maybe they exact method for getting the event to tick is not list here? I don't want to dismiss your problems out of hand, but if you can't either tell me how to replicate the troubles you're having or give some ''very strong'' proof (like a video that runs from you clearing one condition to not being able to trigger Birch's event), it's really hard for me to just take your word.
