::::Thanks for getting this cleared up. The obedience with the humans was somewhat similar to the Pokémon when it came to listening which was why I was wondering about it applying to humans as well. Trainers getting the term

Doesn't this term also apply to Trainers as well? I have seen many times in the anime that certain Trainers don't listen to Ash (mostly the antagonistic ones such as the villainous teams and a few minor characters). PattyMan 19:46, 24 February 2013 (UTC)

I still think this page should only be about the game mechanic. We don't list every human friendship or drink from anime and manga.
