+I don't know how reliable that tool is, but what really caught my attention is that before the "March 31, 2022" edit, those were the encounter rates the article said, and then it changed to:

+ - Dratini: 32%
+ - Dragonair: 3%
+My question is: does anyone know why it was changed? What's the evidence towards the new encounter rates shown in the article?
