Obtaining the Prison Bottle
I personally have Hoopa and have tried many different ways to get the Prison Bottle, but to no avail. I have all the recent software, so there must have been a patch that prevents the Hoopa event from happening. Either that, or the web-injected Hoopa doesn't trigger the event.
