I've tried. It is entirely possible for Wish to be used even if the user's HP is full. In fact, I use it this way so I can attack after Wishing, get hit and then heal for the next turn. | |||
But I've only tried this in Generation IV (D/P, haven't tried Platinum). I don't know if this misinformation was because it didn't work this way in the previous Generations. Salamence

Misinformation?
I've tried. It is entirely possible for Wish to be used even if the user's HP is full. In fact, I use it this way so I can attack after Wishing, get hit and then heal for the next turn.
