Charge Strength M (エナジーチャージM) is one of the main {{OBP|skill|Sleep}}s in [[Pokémon Sleep]]. There are two different variants of this ability, one that offers a set amount of [[Snorlax (Sleep)|Snorlax]] Strength and one exclusive to {{p|Darkrai}} that offers a larger amount of Snorlax Strength, but reduces the Energy of non-{{type|Dark}} helper Pokémon. Furthermore there is a weaker version of this skill named [[Charge Strength S]].

==Fixed Amount==
The first version of Charge Strength M grants a fixed volume of Snorlax Strength per activation, with this amount increasing with a higher skill level.

The second variant of Charge Strength M is named Bad Dreams (ナイトメア). While this move increases Snorlax's Strength by a set amount, it also decreases the energy of non-{{type|Dark}} helper Pokémon by 12 each time it activates.

This skill was introduced on March 13, 2025, during the [[Cresselia vs. Darkrai]] event. This skill is likely named after {{p|Darkrai}}'s signature ability {{a|Bad Dreams}}.
