Was the Jaboca berry really given away at Toys'R'Us?  There is no event like this on the Bulbapedia list of offical events?

Upon further investigation, There was no event like this for Toys'R'Us in the United States.  It appears that at some point info was added about a future possible giveaway that was later edited by someone else to change "will be" to "was" after the rumored date had passed.  

Problem was, the event was just a rumor and does not appear to have actually occured.
