I just rewatched this episode and I noticed that during this episode, Team Rocket blasts off three times (one due to the tornado). ==About Chikorita==
I saw she pushed Pikachu aside after defeating Team Rocket. I don't know if this episode took place before Chikorika's Big Upset, even though this Weather is after.
