It is situated between [[Hibernal Avenue]] and [[Autumnal Avenue]] in the northern portion of the city. The district sits adjacent to [[Centrico Plaza]] in the south and [[North Boulevard]] in the north. [[Rouge Plaza]] is located in the middle of the district. The Rouge District symbolizes passion in the coexistance between people and Pokémon.

Rouge District is known to be divided into an unknown amount of sectors and additionally also contains 3 [[wild zone]]s.
