Talk pages

Talk pages are not meant to be a substitute user page. While you are allowed to decorate your talk page however you like, it's preferred that you do some work around the site before doing so, as well as before you're allowed to make your user page. But always keep in mind that some things belong on the talk page, and some things belong on the user page.
