First of all, he didn't vandalize anything. Secondly, the reason your article was deleted is because it did not meet the notability requirements. Bulbapedia does not allow fanfiction of any sort, which is why it was deleted. Even so, that's no excuse to vandalize the userpage of anyone, especially somebody who is an administrator. I don't want this to become a big deal, either, but rules are rules. Your article on Team Tornado was not the first piece of fanfiction to be deleted from Bulbapedia, and I guarantee it won't be the last. There are other places online you can go to so you can inform people about Team Tornado. Unfortunately, Bulbapedia is not one of them. I'm sorry, but if we made an exception for you, we would have to make an exception for everyone.

Sure! In the top left hand, you should see 'my preferences' if you're loggged in. Put [[User:Samrulz123|Samrulz123]][[Image:Ani151MS.gif]] in to the box next to Nick name, then tick Raw signatures.
