Hello Hugo, thought I would not sign up Bubalpedia, but it seems that you are confusing a user who has been here at Bulbapedia and was expelled four months ago. To be clear and I hope that CuboneKing or another user understands, not by the fact that someone in the United States to register and your username is the name of the country of Peru, mean AshKetchumPeru question of trying to avoid blocking or re-enter Bulbapedia.
