If you are talking about the Userpage comment, yeah. I read it. You can't make a userpage until you have made a predetermined number of edits to the mainspace and have waited a predetermined amount of days. It's to make sure people are actually signing up here to contribute. ^Maverick_Nate 03:23, 15 February 2012 (UTC)
