Spelling.
Pokémon's spelled "Pokémon". Capital P and accented é are necessary. Also, use the {{p}} link template for Pokémon species, not just regular square brackets. --TTEchidna 03:11, 10 June 2007 (UTC)

Ok, so
You've got the é down, to be sure, but you're still not doing everything correctly. Both Pikachu and Pokémon should be capitalised. What's more, link to things when appropriate.
