By creating your account you are now able to edit pages, join discussions, and expand the community-driven Pokémon encyclopedia. Before you jump in, here are some ground rules:

  • Be nice to everyone. It's in the code of conduct.
  • Make good edits. Preview them before you save to make sure they're perfect the first time around.
  • Use wikicode and link templates when adding content to a page.
  • Use proper grammar and spelling, and read the manual of style.
  • You can't create a userpage until you've added to the encyclopedia. It's a privilege. See the userspace policy.
  • Use talk pages to resolve editing disputes. Don't "edit war," or constantly re-edit/undo the same thing on a page.
  • If you have a question about something, be proactive. Take a look at our FAQ. If you're still stuck, ask for help. The staff won't bite.
  • Sign all talk page posts with four tildes (~~~~). This will turn into your name and the time you wrote the comment.
  • For more handy links, see the welcome portal.
Thank you, and have a good time editing here!

The Preview Button

Hello, if you hit the Show Preview button you can see a preview of how a page will look after changing. The Show Changes button will show the changes you made. Use these to make sure the page is ready to be changed and the Recent Changes won't be full of edits. Thank you. ----Ethan (Discussion) 18:55, 23 August 2015 (UTC)

  • Thanks. I would've used it if I felt like I needed it. As it stood, however, I simply kept making mistakes and revising my edit because I either only noticed the mistakes after I've posted my edits or felt like the wording could've been improved. --KarjamP (talk) 23:33, 23 August 2015 (UTC)

Just so you know

The reason why I used additions instead of games for the trivia piece in ORAS is that I was referring about them directly to make it less complex and easier to read. As it is the only thing that isn't compatible with X and Y it is better to leave it at that then say it about the games in particular otherwise it would be too confusing. For stuff like this it is better to be as small and simple as it can be to avoid making it too confusing for other readers. -Tyler53841 (talk) 01:15, 24 August 2015 (UTC)

Thanks for the clarification. To prevent an edit war, I had started a discussion on the page's talk page. This was before you've sent this message to me in person. I guess I was fussing about it being inaccurate. --KarjamP (talk) 09:29, 24 August 2015 (UTC)
