Do not recreate deleted material

Please do not recreate an article that has been deleted previously. If it was deleted an admin believed it was non-notable and not worthy of inclusion on the wiki. If you feel that this was an error, take it up with the deleting admin. NEVER recreate the article, this will only result in it getting deleted again.
