We really need to take this out of use. After all, there are a ton of moves now that are learned at pre-evolutionary levels. And unlike in Gen I, and sorta Gen II, we've got access to them whenever we want via Heart Scales. TTEchidnaGSDS! 10:46, 30 January 2008 (UTC)
