Again, I thought we don't make pages for Pokémon belonging to characters of the day. I sort of understand the importance of Puka, but this... Come on now. --ケンジガール 21:18, 12 September 2007 (UTC)

Well, this Pokémon pretty much is a character of the day himself... I dunno, really. TTEchidna 21:24, 12 September 2007 (UTC)
Even I'll admit that I'm not so sure this article is needed (as I'm the one who created it). At the time, I was basing off of the fact that Orville clearly outshined Wilbur as the important character. Heck, Wilbur wasn't even named in the episode, and one wouldn't find it unless they were watching the episode with subtitles. But since we've recently started cracking down on anime articles, I myself have also begun to question whether this article is relevant. I'm wondering instead of deleting it, if we should redirect it to Pidgey (Pokémon)#In the anime. I agree that this is an issue that should definitely be looked at. Nero is another article worth questioning, as well (again, which I created). --PAK Man Talk 23:47, 12 September 2007 (UTC)

and how

is this pidgey a guy? Happizelpom 08:45, 6 September 2008 (UTC)Happizelpom

Pretty much unconfirmed, but most would assume because of the name. However, I must point out that the important name here is the Japanese name. Unfortunately, most Japanese names are unisexual (take Hikaru for example). Θρtιmαtum♏Talk|Links10:26 6 Sep 2008

Notability

Does anyone actually object to this being deleted/redirected? I think this one has pretty bunk notability, but that could just be me. Anyway, it's been tagged for six months, and nobody's leapt up and said "please don't delete this! it's sooooo notable!" so it's pretty dubious...--ZestyCactus 01:02, 18 February 2013 (UTC)

I object to it. Besides, we could fix the page. PattyMan 01:03, 18 February 2013 (UTC)
My problem is to me, the article basically reads as an episode summary. I personally believe the content could be integrated into Wilbur's and to the episode's summary and nothing would be lost. There doesn't seem like much room for expansion to me. --ZestyCactus 01:32, 18 February 2013 (UTC)
Never mind. I withdraw my objection. PattyMan 01:42, 18 February 2013 (UTC)
This page has the same problem with the Santa's Delibird page, it didn't do much. The whole page, like Zesty said, coulceasily be placed on Wilbur's page and the episode summary without losing anything. So I say delete/redirect it.--ForceFire 03:30, 18 February 2013 (UTC)
