Per the manual of style's guidance on plural article titles, this article should be moved to Counterfeit card, as it is a specific group, and it is not a group or collection named "Counterfeit Cards" like how we have Rocket Brothers. It explores the broader subject and history of the group and its characteristics, rather than listing and describing multiple instances of the group or its members.
