Eliminate or Prevent?
Does it stop weather moves/abilities from activating or does it just stop the effects if weather is already present?SONICバリヤ 21:41, 8 October 2011 (UTC)
- Neither (assuming I'm understanding the two options right). I just used Rain Dance and then switched out to a Psyduck with Cloud Nine in SoulSilver. It kept raining. i.e. it doesn't cancel/stop the weather. It just prevents the weather from having any effect. Werdnae (talk) 01:27, 9 October 2011 (UTC)
