The Mysticticket (Japanese: しんぴのチケット Mysterious Ticket) is an event item available through Pokémon Rocks America, as well as select Nintendo events. It is a key item that is needed to access Navel Rock, in Pokémon Emerald, where Lugia and Ho-Oh are encountered.
In Generation III, this was the only way to obtain these two Pokémon, however in Generation IV, they were obtainable normally again through Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver Versions.
