The Fire type is one of nine TCG elemental types.

The Fire type contains all Fire Pokémon found in the Game Boy adventures. For example, Charizard, Moltres and Entei are all Fire types in the TCG.

Battle properties

Generally Fire Pokémon have a weakness to:

• Water (if the Pokémon was a Fire type in the Game Boy games)

These types are generally weak to Fire Pokémon:

• Grass (if the Pokémon was a Bug or Grass type in the Game Boy games)
• Metal

These types are generally resistant to Fire Pokémon:

• Colorless (if the Pokémon was a Dragon type in the Game Boy games)
