Antiquity
Antiquity, also known as Atq, is a community whose objective is to be as effective as possible in the area of competitive battling as well as providing their visitors a warm atmosphere while they are browsing through countless analysis of individual Pokémon and guides regarding competitive battling. Its history dates back to when Pokémon Netbattle was at its early stages with the name Antiquity representing the three ancient mythical Pokémon that once formed the earth, according to Pokémon history, with those being no other than Kyogre, Groudon, and Rayquaza. It's not a coincidence that this three legends are the current symbol of this community.

Activities and Events
Antiquity possesses a team rating section and people dedicated in giving good team building tips when going against other players, or for the most in-game oriented ones, the Battle Frontier or Battle Tower. Going more in-depth on these projects, they are divided in each of the four generations, which are Pokémon Red and Blue and Pokémon Yellow (RBY); Pokémon Gold and Silver and Pokémon Crystal (GSC); Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire and Pokémon Emerald (RSE or ADV) and Pokémon Diamond and Pearl and Pokémon Platinum (DPPt). There is also a whole forum section dedicated to war stories (the user's Pokémon battles narrated from their point of view to make it more interesting).
There are usually more than three tournaments running regularly just for the members to prove their worth or simply have fun. Those events are divided to small custom ones that are usually made by users and to the official events hosted by the community itself. An example of an official event is the AGT (Antiquity Grand Tournament).
External Activities
Antiquity creates a very friendly environment towards the user and it doesn’t take much at all to get used to, especially, since there are also non-Pokémon related activities which include graphics exhibition, general discussion and forum games.
