I mostly correct grammatical issues, links, templates and other aesthetic stuff. I'd much rather chop up someone else's writing and make it nice-looking than write it myself, so I won't be creating pages or sections much around here. Sometimes my edit summaries get pretty sarcastic; please don't take them personally. I'm just here to improve Bulbapedia and it's my way of letting off steam as I do so; if you're offended, I'm sorry, but let it go. I assure you, my frustration with bad grammar and style lasts only as long as it takes to fix it, and I have no ill will for you after that, so I hope your outrage at my sarcasm likewise dissipates quickly. There are more important things in life than pixels on a screen.

I was born and raised in central Texas and currently live in southeast Texas. I'm a college senior majoring in English Literature with a minor in Journalism. My native language is English, and I also speak French at a (very) basic conversational level.

Grammatical quibbles I periodically use the search function to systematically correct:

  • where → in which (The former is not correct when talking about something that happened in a game/episode/etc.)
  • typing → type or type combination ("Type" is only a verb when you're using your computer keyboard. In Pokémon, it's either a noun or part of an adjectival phrase such as "Fire-type moves".)
